Worship Committee
There are many exciting ways to get connected on the worship committee. You will work closely with the pastor to help provide vibrant worship that leads people to Christ.
Don’t have any musical talent but still have a call toward helping support through acolytes, ushers, greeters, artists, and seasonal setup? Then the worship committee is for you. There are many areas the worship committee can help. It is vital that the worship committee listens to and communicates with people of all ages and helps create a wide range of worship experiences that help people connect to God. The worship team is needed to help create greater opportunities to reach more people for Christ through the exploration of new worship styles and congregational traditions that manage the ever-growing challenge to meet an arrange of diverse worship needs.
You might have creative ideas that helps all congregation members and potential first-time attenders to feel welcomed. Research and experimentation is needed through the expansion and exploration of congregational and community worship needs through ministry goals inspired from worship. In working closely with the pastor, you will help coordinate goals, projects, and setting calendar events with other church leaders. Surveying the local community as well as congregational members, will help in the exploration of future worship changes to reach more people for Christ. The worship team may even visit other congregations and bring insights gained back to the congregation.
